SHIPPING

All ECHODROPSHIP products are ready to ship once payment has been made unless otherwise specified.

We ship every day except Saturday, Sunday and Malaysia Public Holidays.

Your Parcel ship out process will be activated on the same day if payment is confirmed before 2.00 pm Malaysia time. For payment confirmed after 2.00 pm , the Parcel ship out process will commence the following business day.

For shipment within Malaysia, Parcel will ship via one of our courier service partners. We will determine which courier service to appoint based on the parcel’s weight, shipping address, service availability and courier rates.

Kindly make sure your shipping address and contact number are correctly stated in your Order. We do not responsible for the delay or loss of your Order due to the incorrect shipping information provided by you.

You will receive a shipping notification email from ECHODROPSHIP once your Parcel shipped out. You will able to find your Order information, Parcel Tracking Number and appointed courier service in the email. With Tracking Number, you can check the shipping status via the website or mobile app provided by the respective courier service after 24 hours.

In the event of non-stock availability for a specific order, we would contact YOU for the decision to be placed on the backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost varies and calculated automatically based on your shipping address and the product weight /dimension. The minimum shipping cost will be RM8.00.

To find out how much the actual shipping costs, add the products that you would like to buy to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically after you have entered your shipping address.

Free shipping is available for certain products or during promotions.

SHOPEE / LAZADA DROPSHIP

For drop shipping purchase, kindly select “Shopee / Lazada” as shipping option upon checkout together with the platforms airway bill (AWB). Details kindly refer to the Dropshipping Handbook.

DELIVERY

Delivery time is subject to orders load of courier service appointed.

Standard delivery time is within 2 to 5 working days after the payment has been confirmed. Kindly allow an additional 2 – 3 days for Sabah & Sarawak delivery.

The arrival date of all orders is merely an estimation and subject to change due to many unforeseen circumstances that might occur from time to time before or during the delivery that is not within our control. We are not responsible for any shipment delay once we have handed over your parcel to the courier service’s team.
