RETURN & REFUND
Goods sold are not returnable or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item(s) or manufacture defected item(s).
ECHODROPSHIP will check item(s) before delivering to customers to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item(s) delivered to you is (are) is not the items you ordered or defective, please pack the products and courier it back to us for investigation within 7 days. We will do everything possible to rectify the problem and make your shopping experience a positive one. For items that manufacture defected, we will either replace the broken part if possible or deliver a new one completely at our cost.
Kindly email /contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items in one of the above conditions. In your email kindly include the following details:
- Your Name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Order Number
- Delivery address
- Reason of return
- Evidence Photos & Videos
If your return request is accepted, we will issue a Product Return Confirmation Email to you and the return items must reach us within 7 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email issued.
The following conditions apply:-
- The Returned item must be the same as received and in original packing along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any). The item returned in stained, washed, installed or used condition will NOT be eligible for return.
- Delivery cost incurred for returning the item will be boned by the Buyer, while re-shipping charges for exchanged items(s) will be on us.
- Items that no able to return within the stipulated timeframe will no longer eligible to claim for exchange or any other forms of compensation from us.
- All return products are to exchange with a new and function-able one, not for a refund. However, if the item is out of stock, the refund can be arranged (only the price of the product) if the Buyer does not select for backorder.
ECHODROPSHIP have the right to refuse of replacement the items if we found the returned items:
- The items scratch due to installation
- Not in original packaging
- Not the items we delivered
- Specifications are matched to the items we delivered even though Buyer claims incorrect specifications
- Colors & Measurements dispute– Every effort has been made to reflect product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the color you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true color of the product. Measurements stated may vary 1cm – 3cm as items are mass-produced. In such cases, it will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out.
